Here are some ways to better communication with your spirit guides.

Your guides may communicate with you in unique ways. This could be a feeling in your body, a sensation, a knowing, synchronicity or something crossing your path at the right moment. Be mindful of what gets your attention.
Ask for support, invite them to clear and strengthen your energetic fields. Release what no longer serves you and appreciate the beauty and possibilites around you.
Your guides are not here to make the decisions for you, be in touch with your soul’s knowing and what your intuition tells you. Your guides can illuminate, warn you or nudge you, but ultimately your relationship is about strengthening your discernment and trust in yourself.
Practise listening, sometimes the guidance is subtle, this is a skill of listening to your body, your knowing, intuition and signs around you is all part of developing the relationship you have with your guides, it will grow with attention.
You may have a team of spirit guides, each with a particular quality, energies or ways of communicating.
A good way to communicate with them is to close your eyes, take a deep breathe and ask ‘what do I need to know today?’, become quiet, listen and know they may answer you in many different ways, not just words.
Your spirit guides want you to ask them to help you.
