One of the best skills we can learn is regulating our emotions. How can we stay in a good mood despite there being many reasons to stay in a bad mood! Because joy isn’t just a vibe but a decision.

Sometimes we may think we just have to accept how we are feeling. Joy can be an anchor, in times of stress or distraction we can forget to see ‘the silver lining’. This isn’t about ignoring problems, it’s about not letting them control you. You will notice the chaos but not let it overtake. When something goes wrong, yet let that be a moment, not your whole day,

Life starts to feel lighter, because instead of having a ‘bad day’ , you are having a ‘bad moment’ in an otherwise good day. So, when you are experiencing a bad moment, don’t let it overwhelm you, it’s a moment that will pass and choose the joy in your day!
