Reflexion - Letting Go Allows For Growth
As we come to the end of a year, it can be a time when we can pause from the ‘busyness’ of our lives and ‘reflect’.
How we reflect and feel about the last year can shape and determine what the following year will be like. Not everything is meant to go with you into the new year. Letting go is one of the hardest spiritual lessons. Some relationships, mindsets, habits and even versions of yourself have served their purpose. These situations may have once made you feel ‘safe’. But letting go is not loss, rather it is creating space for new opportunities. It becomes a chance to release what you are not in alignment with.
It creates space for new opportunities and better connections. When you hold too tightly, you block the flow of what is trying to reach you. Trust when something falls away, something better is trying to find its way to you.
So, allow the new year to be a ‘doorway’ , step through it with clearer intention, lighter energy and the courage to trust the unknown. Honour how far you have come and allow space for what is to come next!
